Steel asks very little of you. Here is the care it likes, and exactly what our guarantee covers.
Warm water and a soft cloth are all powder-coated steel needs. For marks, a mild cleaner works — avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners.
Powder coat and galvanising protect steel outdoors for years. Corten is designed to patina — the rust layer is the protection, not a fault.
Bare finishes are living surfaces — a light coat of oil or wax once or twice a year keeps them looking right. Indoors, they ask for nothing.
Every piece carries a two-and-a-half-year guarantee covering welds, structure and coating failure under normal domestic use.
Check your piece on delivery and photograph anything wrong before fitting. Report damage within 48 hours and we remake or repair at our cost.
Because every piece is made to your dimensions, we cannot resell it — orders are confirmed after a measurement check, and that check is your safety net. Faulty pieces are always remade.
