We collect only what an order needs, keep it only as long as the law requires, and never sell it. This is the short, honest version.
When you place an order or send us a request we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. When you check delivery coverage we process the postcode you enter. If you save pieces or use your account area, those choices are stored on your device.
We use your details to make and deliver your order, confirm measurements, answer your questions and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.
Order and delivery details are processed to perform our contract with you. Enquiry details are processed under legitimate interest — responding to you. Records required for tax and accounting are kept under legal obligation.
Your order details stay within KAELITH and the production and delivery partners who need them to fulfil your order. Postcodes are checked against postcodes.io, a UK postcode lookup service. Our website is hosted on Vercel. No unnecessary third parties see your details.
Order records are kept for up to six years to meet accounting and warranty obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to twelve months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner where the law allows.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle it.
This site uses only functional storage — your bag, saved pieces and account preferences live in your browser. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.
